How long will it take to make my order?

We take in between 1 and 3 working days to make your gift. This may be quicker if your items are ready made. Personalised items take longer as the machines need to be set up etc. If you do require your gifts urgently, use our express delivery option at checkout or contact us.

Do you offer a Next Day delivery service?

Yes, There is an express delivery option at checkout at a cost of £4.99 and this will be delivered next working day after dispatch. Standard 2-3 working day delivery is FREE on every item.

What if i have some personalised details wrong?

Don’t worry but please contact us as soon as you realise you have made a mistake. If we have not already prepared your items then we will be able to make any changes for you but once your gift has been started/embroidered then no changes can be made and they are non-refundable.

Is my order gift wrapped or boxed?

Yes! All our Nappy Cakes, Hampers and Gift Baskets  are giftwrapped in clear cellophane, given matching bow and ribbons and a handy gift tag attached. Letterbox Gifts and smaller Hampers come packaged in their own parcel box and once opened the gift is presented withing acid free tissue paper. If you wish to request anything specific to your wrapping requirements, please contact us.

I live Abroad, can you still deliver?

Since our departure from the European union, costs of deliveries worldwide have escalated to an extent that we have to access each delivery as its arises. Please contact us during office hours and we can discuss options of delivery to your desired destination.

My Gift is different to the photo?

All photos used give an illustrative idea on what the gift will look like. We aim to keep in all stock ready to make the Nappy Cakes and Hampers but in some rare instances goods can be discontinued or out of stock at very short notice so we reserve the right to change the gift slightly and we always make sure the items we use are the same or of higher price and/or quality. We will always keep within the same colours/themes of the chosen item.

My order has not arrived or/and is damaged?

Once your order has been made and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. If you have also given us a phone number then we can text you an estimated time of arrival on the day of delivery. If your order has not arrived within the stated dates then please contact us where we can speak to the courier on your behalf, checking all your contact details are correct. If you order has arrived damaged, then contact us a soon as you receive the gift, taking at least 3 photographs of evidence of the damage and we will proceed to exchange/refund your order as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What size/make of nappies do you use?

We always use award winning Pampers New Baby nappies size 2 which are suitable for babies 9-18lb in weight, which we feel is the perfect size if Mum does not wish to open/use her gift straight away. Please contact us if you wish us to use any other size or make of nappies and we will try to help.

Can i collect my order?

Yes of course! If you are local to Tewkesbury then simply contact us and we can arrange for you to collect straight from us at a convenient time.

Can you make my gift more bespoke?

We would love you to get in touch if you wish to make any changes to your chosen gift, we can change contents, ribbons, toys, colour or any part of the design to make it more special for you. Please note these changes may take extra time to process your order.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do! Just click into the Gift Acessories category and choose your voucher amount, we can add a personal message for you and send directly to the recipient.
