Returns / Refunds

In the unlikely event that you need to return your goods, we offer a full refund providing the goods have been unopened and returned to us in a sellable condition. The goods also need to be returned with 14 days from receipt. Where the goods are simply unwanted then the return costs are borne by the buyer and must be sent tracked and insured for safety.

Refunds of unwanted goods less the postage charge will be returned to the buyer within 14 days of receipt back with the seller. We do not offer returns on personalised items (unless faulty). For hygiene purposes, we do not refundĀ  if the goods have been opened/tampered with. The buyer can cancel the order at anytime up to dispatch (non personalised goods only) and receive a full refund.

If your items arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours along with your details and order number where we will be happy to refund or replace and uplift the damaged item.

For insurance purposes photographic evidence of the damage will be needed before any refund or replacement is processed. Claims for damage after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We will endeavour to have your goods delivered to you within the timescale shown but we cannot be held responsible for any delay in events out of our control ie: accidents, illness, computer failure, machinery failure or adverse weather conditions.
