Once your order has been placed, I will take 1-3 working days to create your order ready for dispatch.
At seasonal times of the year this may increase and I will email you to advise of any delays. I use a combination of Royal Mail and a national courier but have the right to use an alternative delivery company to meet our delivery guarentees.
In the event of situations out of our control, weather, forces of nature etc, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
UK Standard Delivery is FREE on every item and takes 2-3 working days. For Northern Ireland and Uk Islands please add 1-2 days extra to arrive. Uk Express Delivery is delivered next working day after dispatch, covers most of the Uk and costs £4.50. If you need delivery on a specific day, please Contact Me.
In more remote areas of the Uk delivery times may be a little different and there are some areas that we cannot deliver using the Express Delivery service. If you have any questions over your delivery timescale then please get in touch.
