You can return any of the goods ordered by you within 28 days for an exchange or refund. The cost of returning your order to us is bourne by you, the customer. The refund for your returned order may take up to 7 working days. The rights to return your goods does not apply in the event that any part of your order has been personalised specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. In the event you need to cancel after I have dispatched your order then the returns policy will take affect and the return cost will be bourne by you.
